With 57 Toyota Parts and Service specialists, Both West Herr Toyota Locations are able to handle any Toyota owner affected by the recall regardless of where you purchased your Toyota.  We are proud to have the largest Toyota Parts and Service Team in Western NY and will work hard to ensure your Toyota is well cared for.

West Herr has extended our hours beyond our normal 6 day a work-week schedule to include extra evenings and Sunday service  to accomodate our customers schedules. We understand your time is valuable and are working hard to make scheduling your appointment as easy as possible.
